Police said they received a tip over the weekend that there was a possible meth lab at the address. On Tuesday morning, one of their units discovered evidence on the outside of the home that could be related to a meth lab, police said.

No one was inside the trailer. Police were obtaining a search warrant to get inside the home.

They voluntarily evacuated the area around the home. One homeowner decided to leave. Another homeowner decided to stay.

The bomb squad was there investigating, along with Jacksonville Fire-Rescue and JSO's clandestine laboratory unit.

It's not clear why they were investigating this Tuesday when they received the tip last weekend.

Anyone with any information about the meth lab is asked to call Crimes Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
