JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – A 58-year-old Jacksonville Beach man is accused of exposing himself to two teens.
Jacksonville Beach officers were called to the 500 block of Beach Proper North about 5 p.m. June 26. There they said Keith Irelan exposed himself on the beach.

The 15- and 16-year-old victims showed police a photograph they took of Irelan while he was in the act of pulling his shorts to the side and deliberately exposing his genitals, police said.
Police said Irelan was found to have an extensive history of indecent exposure incidents in numerous places.
They said he confessed to his actions and was arrested on charges of lewd lascivious exhibition on a victim younger than 16, and exposure of sexual organs.
