Police release surveillance photos of bank robber

Police released surveillance photos of a man suspected of robbing the TD Bank at 6060 St. Augustine Road on Jan. 31.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has released surveillance photos of a man suspected of robbing a bank on St. Augustine Road on Saturday.

According to police, about 11:45 a.m. Saturday, a man entered the TD Bank at 6060 St. Augustine Road, approached a teller and gave the teller a note demanding money and indicating he was armed. The teller complied and gave the man money from her station. The man fled the area and was last seen on foot running towards University Boulevard.
 
The robber is described as a black man, 30-35 years of age, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighing 140 to 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown hooded sweat shirt, black skull cap and large black sunglasses and had no visible facial hair.
