Owens and Kirtsey live in the home on South 11th Street, where Fernandina Beach police and Nassau County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team members served a search warrant at 8 a.m. Friday.

The search warrant was part of a narcotics investigation, police said.

Deputies and officers found Drummond, Owens, Kirtsey and two children in the home. One of the children was an infant, police said.

Deputies found cocaine in the home, and the Department of Children and Families was called.

Kirtsey was charged with child neglect because she knew the drugs were in the home near the children, police said.
