JACKSONVILLE, Fla – Publix announced a voluntary recall for their Baby Bella Sliced Mushrooms on fears that the packages may contain pieces of glass, the supermarket giant announced on their Facebook page yesterday.
The Publix Baby Bella Sliced Mushrooms were distributed to all Publix retail locations in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina. The product is sold in the produce department in an 8 oz. package: UPC 4141502286, Lot Code: PHG 096.
