Severe thunderstorms Saturday afternoon delayed the Florida Country Superfest for two hours Saturday. People ran to get out of the rain, but once the sky cleared, the country music superstars came out.
Big and Rich didn't perform because of the rain. Fans did get to meet them earlier in the day.
"I came in and I noticed there really wasn't much of a line, and so I said why not, it can't be that much of a wait, I'm used to waiting so why not," said Christine Roche. She was first in line to meet Big and Rich during Fan Fest.
Another fan said she had never seen EverBank Field so packed.
"There's not a ton of people out here for the (Jaguars) games, so when you come here for the country music fest and there's a ton of people, it's kind of eye opening," said Adrienne Ramsey.

"We're kind of a state that gets left out of a lot of things. I think they're starting to pick up on the fact that Florida is part of the south. They're coming to see us more, which is good for us, so we don't have to go all the way to Atlanta," said Gina Rossi, another country music fan.
The first act to hit the stage Sunday is Joe Nichols. He takes the stage at 5 p.m.
