The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was searching for a white Ford Mustang after a man was robbed and shot in the Springfield area early Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to Eighth Street near Liberty Street around midnight in reference to a person shot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
