One viewer can win a two-night stay at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and dinner for two at III Forks Restaurant.
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the Jacksonville television market to enter. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. No purchase is necessary to win.
To Play: Between May 7-10, 2012 viewers must go on news4jax.com to upload a photo of their Mother. Everyone who enters the contest will be entered in a prize drawing for a two night stay at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and dinner for two at III Forks Restaurant. One entry per person. Deadline for entries is 4 p.m., May 10, 2012.
One winner will be chosen randomly from all the entrants. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.
The winner will be announced by WJXT on May 11, 2012. All decisions are final. The winner will be notified by phone or e-mail and must stop by WJXT during business hours to pick up their prize.
