JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The top east coast pro surfers from as far north as the Jersey Shore rode the waves in Jacksonville Beach Friday evening.
The Red Bull Night Rider competition was held at the Jacksonville Pier.

Six surfers competed under the moon and the stars.
Professional surfers Cody Thompson, Evan Thompson, Tristan Thompson, Oliver Kurtz, Randy Townsend and Balaram Stack attended the event.
Three of them are brothers, who are each previous winners of the competition.
This was the second Night Riders event in Jacksonville Beach.
