JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man has been apprehended by police officers after he robbed a Dollar General on Sunday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The robbery happened at about 3:30 this afternoon at the Dollar General on Fort Caroline Road.

Investigators said the suspected robber was seen running from the store on foot. After a short foot chase, officers were able to apprehend the man.
The man's identity has not been released. Police said they are not looking for any other suspects.
