The Ultimate Runway Fashion Show returns to Jacksonville

Show aims to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS in the community

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – It's that time again! AMG Uptown Salon is presenting what it calls one of the Greatest Shows in Jacksonville: The Ultimate Runway Fashion Show! It will be held June 29, 2014, the Jacksonville Main Library in downtown Jacksonville.

The show starts at 6pm and is hosted by Beth Sullivan and Co hosted by Tony Maserati. The red carpet will be hosted by Comedian Nod Ross. Organizers invite you to come see the hottest styles and latest trends from Jacksonville's top stylists and designers, as well as stores from across the country.

Organizers say their mission is to provide a night of glamour and entertainment, while increasing HIV/AIDS awareness in our community. Attendees will have the opportunity to be tested at the show.

"We would like to be a catalyst for change by spreading health knowledge and prevention," says Anne Grimsley, organizer and owner of AMG Uptown Salon. "Our neighborhood continues to be devastated by this disease; however, with education, advocacy and prevention, a difference can be made. It is our prayers and wishes that we acquire compassionate people to join us in this effort."

The event will be held on Saturday, June 29th at 6pm at the Downtown Library located at 303 North Laura Street. General admission tickets are 35 dollars and VIP tickets are 55 dollars.
