ORANGE PARK, Fla. – A tentative trial date has been set for Yolinda Doss and Anthony Washington in the death of Navy Cmdr. Alphonso Doss.

Yolinda Doss (pictured far right), Washington (pictured left) and Ronnie Wilson II (pictured center) are all charged with second-degree murder in connection with the killing of Yolinda's husband, 44-year-old Alphonso Doss, in February.

The judge set Jan. 12 as the trial date for Yolinda Doss, 44, and Washington, 29. Wilson, 33, has not had a trial date set yet.

Investigators said the veteran Navy commander, who was stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville when he was found strangled at the Astoria Hotel, was killed for a $1 million life insurance policy. They said the killers made Alphonso Doss' death look like a burglary.

Police said in August that Yolinda Doss confessed and Washington also admitted to the crime. They said Wilson wouldn't talk.

Yolinda Doss and Washington will be back in court Nov. 17.
