JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Two accidents on Emerson Street caused lane closures Sunday morning.
Florida Highway Patrol responded to the first accident around 5 a.m. to the area of Emerson Street and Spring Park road after a car hit a pole, knocking down a power line.

There were no reported injures and no power outages.
Around 7 a.m., FHP responded to Interstate 95 northbound at Emerson Street to another accident with reported injuries.
