The Volstead: 115 West Adams will be transformed into downtown's latest bar, The Volstead. The Volstead will be an "upscale bourbon bar with a 1920s theme".

Downtown Cigar Lounge: The Downtown Cigar Lounge plans to open in early 2014 at 11 North Ocean Street. A $60,000 humidor, made of Spanish cedar, will be located on the second floor. The first floor of the building will become a "chic cigar lounge".
