JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police, Coast Guard and the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department responded to the Hart Bridge Thursday night after receiving a vessel in distress call around 9:43 p.m.
Officials said they found a vessel overturned in the water but are unsure what type of vessel it is. They said that they can't make out any identification numbers.

Rescue units are not sure when the vessel overturned or if anyone was actually in it but are searching the area as a precaution.
