"Bonnie And Clyde" WJCT will be presenting a Wednesday night movie series for five weeks at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. The series will begin on Wednesday with a screening of "Bonnie and Clyde." Prior to the kickoff movie, Jacksonville Jaguar Eben Britton will host a reception at 6 p.m. During the reception, you will see his private collection of classic movie posters. Each movie starts at 7 p.m., and there will be $5 admission fee collected at the door.
Justin Moore Country star Justin Moore will bring his musical talents to Jacksonville on Wednesday. He will perform at Whisky River at the St. Johns Town Center. Moore is currently touring with Rascal Flatts and Sarah Evans. He has released five singles since his debut in 2008. All of his singles have charted in the Top 40 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart. Tickets for Moore's concert are $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Music By The Sea The ninth annual Music by the Sea concert series continues this week with a free concert at the St. Augustine Beach Pier and Pavilion. Native Plant Class You can learn more about native plants during a class on Thursday at the Agricultural Center Auditorium in St. Augustine. The class will begin at 2 p.m. The class will focus on shady characters and fall bloomers. It is free and open to the public. If you can't make that class, there will be a class on rooftop agriculture beginning at 4 p.m. It will be held in the wind mitigation building at the University of Florida IFAS Extension office.
Concerts in the Plaza The free Concert in the Plaza will be held Thursday with a performance by Elizabeth and The Grapes of Roth. Concerts are free, and they are held in the Plaza de la Constituction beginning at 7 p.m. Parking is free downtown after 5 p.m. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring lounge chairs for sitting and picnic dinners. Jaguars Preseason Game The hometown football team will host their first home pre-season game at Everbank Field on Friday. The Jaguars will face the Atlanta Falcons beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale at the box office, all Ticketmaster locations and jaguars.com.

Help support the families of veterans at the Palm Harbor Golf Club. You will see a lot of red golf shirts on Friday at the golf club. The fashion style is in recognition of the PGA's national Freedom Friday campaign that donates money to benefit wounded veterans and their families. With the purchase of a special PGA logoed red shirt, players can officially commemorate Patriot's Golf Day and raise money for military families. $4 of each purchased shirt will go to the charity and players will wear the shirts on Freedom Fridays till all the troops come home.
A Toast To The Animals One of Jacksonville's most popular wine tasting events will be held on Friday. A Toast to the Animals will be held at the Omni Hotel beginning at 6 p.m. This is the 13th year for the event which benefits the Jacksonville Humane Society. Last year's event raised more than $70,000 and organizers said they want to raise even more this year. For more information or to purchase tickets, head to jaxhumane.org. Teen Dive-In Movie At The Pool Teenagers in Palm Coast are invited to the Frieda Zamba Pool on Friday for a dive-in movie. It will begin at 7:30 p.m. The first movie will be "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End." Kids are encouraged to bring rafts and towels for a cool pool and cool event. This is for teenagers 13 and older. The Frieda Zamba Pool is located behind the Wadsworth/Buddy Taylor School Complex off South Belle Terre Parkway.
The Jacksonville Landing Market Vendors will be out throughout the Landing on Friday selling produce, baked goods and other items. The Landing Market is held every Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Friday's 5 o'clock History Happy Hour Whistle Talks Join authors, artists, noted personalities and others for the Happy Hour Whistle Talks at the Beaches Museum. It will be held every Friday beginning at 5 p.m. Every week, there will be a new topic introduced. Refreshments begin at 5 p.m. Presentation starts at 5:30 p.m.

National Honeybee Awareness Day Saturday is National Honeybee Awareness Day and you can do your part to raise awareness. The Putnam County Beekeepers and St. Johns Beekeepers will host an event featuring several speakers. This free event will be held Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. at Deb's Bee Supply on Bee Farm Road in Hastings. Organizers encourage you to bring a chair.
Summer Beach Run Run during Florida's oldest beach run on Saturday. The Summer Beach run will begin with a 5-mile run at 6:30 p.m. and 1 mile fun-run at 6:35 p.m. at the Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavilion. Barrier Islands Join a park ranger on Saturday for an informative talk on the natural history of sea islands and their role in coastal ecology. Stranger in Paradise: The Work of Rev. Howard Finster Explore the vision and themes of the Rev. Howard Finster during an exhibit at Museum of Contemporary Art. The Rev. Finster is one of America's most widely known self-taught artists. He produced more than 46,000 pieces of art before his death in 2001. You can see the exhibit until Aug. 28.
