Winn-Dixie pledges all July 4 profits to Hope For The Warriors #AllForHonor

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Customers of Winn-Dixie can help military families by shopping on the Fourth of July.

Southeastern Grocers, the parent company and home of BI-LO, Harveys, and Winn-Dixie has pledged 100 percent of its profit generated on the Fourth of July to the Hope For The Warriors.The national nonprofit is dedicated to restoring a sense of self, family and hope for veterans, service members and military families.

Last year for Independence Day, Southeastern Grocers raised more than $3 million for wounded veterans and the grocer has committed to support veterans again this year.

In addition, the grocer has also launched a Wall of Honor in each store, allowing customers to make a donation and pay tribute to their loved ones.

Winn-Dixie grocery stores across the nation will be collecting donations until July10, 2016.
