In April 2011, the victim was driving home when Robertson pointed a pistol at his vehicle and fired it at him and three other passengers inside the car, prosecutors said.

As the victim attempted to flee from Robertson, she continued to follow and shoot at the vehicle repeatedly, prosecutors said.
