JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is currently looking for 43-year-old woman wanted on fraud charges.
Charisse Carter has active warrants for schemes to defraud and 42 counts of uttering. The warrants carry a bond of $215,000.
