In May, Haley pleaded guilty to one count of criminal use of personal identification information, five counts of criminal use of personal identification, one count of schemes to defraud, one count of exploitation of an aged adult and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Haley was the personal assistant of the 64-year-old victim, who owned several property management companies in Jacksonville.

The investigation found that between June 2013 and May 2014, Haley forged the victim's signature on multiple checks and opened two credit cards with the victim's information. Haley had access to the victim's bank accounts and used money from those accounts to cover the minimum payments on the credit cards.

The victim became aware of the fraud when the bank notified her that her account was overdrawn.
