The Florida Highway Patrol says a woman was seriously injured in a car accident early Sunday morning in Baker County. Troopers say 21-year-old Sarah Mobley was taken to UF Health Jacksonville with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
FHP says she was driving a Nissan Altima shortly after 12:30 a.m. approaching a curve on County Road 23A when she crossed the centerline and over-corrected. She went into a ditch and hit several trees prior to overturning.
FHP says Mobley was charged with failure to maintain proper lane and failure to wear a seat belt. No word yet on if alcohol was a factor.
