Investigators said Heather Matarazzo, 38, and another person were involved in a dispute regarding $10. As a result of the dispute, the suspects stole the victim's wallet, police said.

Detectives believe that Matarazzo used the victim's credit card to make purchases totaling more than $1,000 and took $580 out of the victim's account at an ATM.

The victim, for unknown reasons, has declined to pursue prosecution on either suspect regarding the strong armed robbery, police said. However, a warrant was issued for Matarazzo on the grand larceny charge.

Matarazzo is described as a white woman, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds.

Anyone who has any information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
