You can do more with coffee than just drink it

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The United States is the leading consumer of coffee in the world and averages about 400 million cups consumed per day. But there are other uses to coffee than just a caffeine boost.

First, make a do-it-yourself facial by combining coffee grounds and olive oil. Put it on your skin for 30 seconds. The grounds have an anti-inflammatory effect and antioxidant properties.

Also, try putting the grounds in the kitchen or in the fridge because it can work as an odor absorber.

And, rub coffee grounds and warm water onto cellulite. The grounds work as a skin firmer.

Finally, try sprinkling coffee grounds mixed with dried orange peels onto your plants to keep insects and small pests away.
