KINGSLAND, Ga. -- A 49-year-old man was arrested last week for having a stolen license tag on his car after he parked the vehicle outside Kingsland's traffic court.
A police office recognized the tag as stolen, then waited for Willie Shell to come out to his Chrysler 5th Avenue.
Shell told police that the license plate was his, but police said the tag had been stolen two days earlier. He was charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
