Florida Amendments On Nov. 4 Ballot

Floridians voting in the general election will be asked to approve or reject six amendments to the Florida constitution:
- No. 1 - Property Rights/Ineligible Aliens
- No. 2 - Marriage Protection Amendment
- No. 3 - Changes, Improvements Affect On Residential Property Value
- No. 4 - Property Tax Classification, Assessment and Exemption of Conservation Land
- No. 6 - Assessment of Working Waterfront Property
- No. 8 - Local Option Community College Funding

A fight broke out twice in St. Johns County over a car repossession on Usina Road Extension late Tuesday morning, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
