What do you see as the top three issues in this race?
- Addressing deferred maintenance and investment in our infrastructure (roads, traffic control, stormwater, water and sewer system, sidewalks). This will ensure the health, safety, aesthetics, and economic viability of our community.
- Updating our zoning codes and overlay district codes for consistency and to ensure that they accurately reflect what we wan the community to look like. This will help protect our neighborhoods and avoid additional unnecessary lawsuits.
- Developing a responsible, transparent, and prioritized financial plan for the City. This will allow us to make informed decisions as we contemplate expenditures.
