What do you see as the top three issues in this race?

  • The economy is always an issue. We must work with our constituents to lessen the burden that government places on small business, allowing them to grow and prosper. This is how jobs are created, not by legislating but by helping small business to grow stronger.
  • In many ways there are taxes that we pay on a daily basis for which we have no control and minimal input as to their effectiveness and fairness. I would like to see a complete evaluation of the tax structure in this state with an eye toward streamlining and reducing where possible.
  • I would like to see greater accountability at the state level for those representatives elected by the people as it pertains to open government.


    • Why should people vote for you?

    I am running with no party affiliation because I wish to represent solely the people of District 6 and then of the state of Florida. I have no party standard to bear and no special interests influencing my decisions.

    What do you hope to be remembered for after you leave office?

    After my terms I hope that people come to me and say thank you because you made my life just a little bit easier.
