About the Contest:
One grand-prize winner will be selected at random to receive a certificate for a FREE set of braces including a full comprehensive course of orthodontic care from the Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, a value of $3,000. This certificate is all-inclusive, covering the diagnostic materials, all necessary braces (except for ceramic and Invisalign appliances), all active therapy (averaging 2 years), and all necessary retainers and follow-up visits. This offer does not include any necessary dental treatment, oral surgery, cleanings, etc. Initial consultation for winner MUST occur before Dec. 31, 2009, with Braces applied before July 30, 2010 to be valid.
