JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Gators basketball team visited the United States Naval Academy on Thursday before taking on the Navy in their opener Friday night.
"A couple days ago, our players probably looked at this as a trip to play a game at Navy and maybe do some sight-seeing," said Gators head coach Mike White to GatorZone.com. "But today was really something special, and you could see the guys' eyes light up on the tour, and it will be a day they're going to remember."
