The second and final part of Oprah Winfrey's interview with Lance Armstrong aired Friday. Saying he has absolutely has remorse for what he has done, he described how his life has changed since his fall from grace.

<b>--REPORTER PKG-AS FOLLOWS</b>--</p><p>IN THE SECOND PART OF HIS INTERVIEW WITH OPRAH WINFREY - WHICH WAS BROADCAST ON FRIDAY - LANCE ARMSTRONG DESCRIBED HOW HIS WORLD HAS FALLEN AROUND HIM.</p><p>THE DISGRACED CYCLIST WAS MORE EMOTIONAL IN THE SECOND PORTION - NOTABLY WHEN TALKING ABOUT HOW ONE OF HIS CHILDREN HAD BEEN DEFENDING HIM.</p><p>I told Luke I said -- <pi>(pauses)</pi></p><p>I said don't defend me anymore<pi> (pauses)</pi></p><p>THE MOST HUMBLING MOMENT - HE SAYS - HAVING TO SEVER TIES WITH THE WILDLY SUCCESSFUL LIVESTRONG FOUNDATION THAT HE STARTED.</p><p>The foundation is like my sixth child and to make that decision and to step aside was - that was big </p><p>MORE THAN 4.3 MILLION VIEWERS TUNED IN THURSDAY TO HEAR ARMSTRONG FINALLY ADMIT HE USED PERFORMANCE-ENHANCING DRUGS - AS WELL AS UNDERWENT BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS - IN ORDER TO GAIN AN ADVANTAGE.</p><p>THIS AFTER A DECADE OF DENIALS.</p><p>ARMSTRONG'S RECORD STRING OF SEVEN TOUR DE FRANCE TITLES HAVE BEEN STRIPPED - SAME WITH HIS 2000 OLYMPIC BRONZE MEDAL.</p><p>THE U-S ANTI-DOPING AGENCY HAS PUT A LIFETIME BAN ON THE CYCLIST.</p><p>HOWEVER ARMSTRONG SAYS HE WOULD LIKE TO BE ALLOWED BACK INTO THE COMPETETIVE SPORTING WORLD SOMEDAY:</p><p>This may not be the most popular answer - but I think I deserve it</p><p>
