The Jacksonville Jaguars have claimed offensive tackle Troy Kropog off waivers from Tennessee.
The Jaguars are in need of depth with starters Eben Britton, Cam Bradfield and Uche Nwaneri dealing with injuries. Jacksonville has four offensive linemen on injured reserve: center/guard John Estes and guards Will Rackley, Jason Spitz and Drew Nowak.
Left guard Britton and right tackle Bradfield sat out practice Wednesday with ankle injuries. Nwaneri participated fully.
The Jaguars waived guard Josh Beekman to make room on the 53-man roster. Beekman gave up a coaching job at Eastern Kentucky to give the NFL another shot.
A fourth-round draft pick by Tennessee in 2009, Kropog has played in seven games. He is the second lineman Jacksonville has picked up this week, joining former Green Bay tackle Herb Taylor.
