Uncut: Justin Blackmon speaks about DUI charge

Justin Blackmon says he is done drinking. Head coach Mike Mularkey and general manager Gene Smith expressed their disappointment with Blackmon and expect him to change his ways. Smith did say it could impact contract negotiations.
