Justin Blackmon to speak Wednesday

Mike Mularkey and Gene Smith will also address the media

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Justin Blackmon will speak publicly, Wednesday afternoon at 1:15, at a planned news conference for the first time since his aggravated DUI arrest last Sunday morning.

Blackmon will be joined by head coach Mike Mularkey and General Manager Gene Smith.

Blackmon spent Tuesday talking with former Jaguar Fred Taylor about life in the NFL. Taylor was on hand to talk to all the rookies.

Blackmon is due back in court in Stillwater, Oklahoma on July 24.
