CLEMSON, S.C. - FSU used a stifling defensive effort to beat Clemson 56-41 Thursday night.
It was the fewest points the Tigers have scored this season.
Ian Miller led the Seminoles (10-4, 1-1 ACC) with 15 points and Aaron Thomas and Devin Bookert pitched in 10 points.
FSU used an early 8-0 run in the second half on four consecutive baskets by Thomas to push the lead to 10. Clemson would not threaten again.
The Seminoles host Maryland on Sunday night at 8 p.m.
