ESPN: More fantasy owners pick Tebow than Henne

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – ESPN tweeted out an interesting stat on Tuesday afternoon.

Apparently in ESPN fantasy football leagues, more teams own former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow than current Jaguars QB Chad Henne.

According to @ESPNNFL, 1.3 percent of teams own Tebow, the former Nease High School and University of Florida star QB. Only 0.8 percent of teams on Henne, the Jaguars' starting QB.

Tebow, who is currently working as an analyst with the SEC Network, lives in Jacksonville. He was cut by the New England Patriots last year and hasn't been on an NFL roster since.

According to USA Today Sports, Jaguars first-round draft pick Blake Bortles, who is Henne's backup, is owned by 5.3 percent of ESPN fantasy teams.
