JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Football season might be a months away, but it's never too early to start thinking about buying tickets to next season's Jaguars games.
The team has sent out renewal letters to season ticket holders and have unveiled some new seating options for the 2014 season.

Jaguars president Mark Lamping said the team knows the new options aren't going to be for everybody, but for those fans who do chose to buy one of the new options, the experience they'll get at EverBank Field on game day will be second to none in the league.
"It's important to everyone here in Jacksonville that we do whatever's necessary to make sure we have a stable franchise," Lamping said.
He said part of that stability is increased local revenue, which the new seating options will help provide. They'll also keep season ticket prices in the rest of the stadium from increasing.
That's why as renewal letters go out, the Jaguars are making a full effort to retain all season ticket holders.
"It is very, very important to us have a high renewal rate," Lamping said. "Again, we know that the most important thing is to put a better product on the field, and we are convinced we are heading in that direction. We've got a long way to go, but we are headed in the right direction."
The new options are as follows:
All of the options include food and beverage in the cost of the ticket package.
"The enhancements to the stadium are going to be a game-changer for everyone involved," Lamping said. "I don't think everyone really appreciates how big of a change this is going to be to EverBank Field."
Lamping said that change will make it an opportunity the people of Jacksonville won't want to pass up, especially with the new scoreboard construction underway and on schedule to be completed by mid-July.
"The fact that we have so much to work with, in terms of the scoreboard, is going to give us the ability for the first time to have the type of experience that you can have at home, and to not have to make a sacrifice when you come to the game," Lamping said.
He said that in addition to the renewal forms that went out to current season ticket holders Wednesday, the team is also accepting new season ticket requests for the 2014 season.
