Khan said he took an idea about creating a great car bumper and turned it into a profitable company.

He's now trying to do the same thing with Jacksonville's NFL team.

"Can you do for the Jaguars what you did for car bumpers?" co-host Charlie Rose asked him.

"That is my goal," Khan said. "For Jacksonville Jaguars, that's what I want to do."

"How are you going to do it?" Rose asked.

"One piece at a time, one step at a time," Khan said. "I think the first thing is you have to relate to the fans. They have to reembrace us."

"You looking for any famous quarterbacks?" Rose asked.

"We all are, we all are, yes," Khan said.

Khan spoke about how some people were unhappy when he first bought the team because he's Pakistani. But he says once the people of Jacksonville met him, they understood he was a business man.
