Sharks fall to Storm 56-35

TAMPA BAY – The Sharks allowed 14 points in the final nine seconds of the first half in a 56-35 loss to the Tampa Bay Storm. Jacksonville has now lost five of its last six games and it appears a fifth straight south division title is now out of reach.

With Jacksonville trailing 28-21, Randy Hippeard found T.T. Tolliver for the touchdown with one second remaining in the second quarter as the Storm extended its lead to 35-21. On the ensuing kickoff, Jomo Wilson misplayed the ball off the bar and Tampa Bay recovered in the end zone for another touchdown.
