Suns name Harold Craw new GM

Long-time Minor League Baseball executive to lead Suns

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Along with new ownership usually comes wholesale changes. Thursday the Suns named Harold Craw their new general manager. Craw comes to Jacksonville after spending last season as the assistant general manager of the Chattanooga Lookouts. Thursday also marked the completion of the franchise's sale between new owner Ken Babby and long-time owner Peter Bragan, Jr.

"Harold is one of the most accomplished and well-respected executives in Minor League Baseball and I am excited to have him lead the Suns," said Babby. "His skill set and leadership will help set the franchise's vision and direction so we can give the fans in Jacksonville a world-class ballpark experience, at an affordable price."

In addition to handling the roster Craw will also be in charge of marketing and sales, community engagement, game-day experience, and all other operational aspects of the organization.

"It is an honor to have this opportunity," said Craw. "Jacksonville has a rich baseball tradition. I look forward to continuing that tradition and growing upon the great foundation laid by the Bragan family. I'm extremely excited to become a part of the community, while giving our ballpark guests enjoyable, life-lasting memories."

Joining Craw in the front office will be Linda McNabb who will serve as the vice president of sales and marketing and Mary Nixon who will be the assistant general manager.

Prior to joining the Lookouts, held various positions for the Houston Astros and New York Yankees.
