That car struck the guardrail on the left side of the roadway and overturned, then rolled down the grass embankment and onto Baymeadows Road, troopers said. It came to a stop in the left westbound lane.

Troopers said the car that made the improper lane change continued southbound on I-295 without stopping. No other information was obtained on the description of the car.

Joshua Tungett, 31, of Middleburg, who was driving the car that overturned, and Leonid Suris, 25, of Jacksonville, a passenger in that car, were both taken to Orange Park Medical Center with minor injuries.
