CALLAHAN, Fla. -- One man was killed and a second critically injured Thursday morning when a tree fell on their car on U.S. Highway 1 in Nassau County.This was the most recent of seven deaths in Florida blamed on Tropical Storm Fay.Roberto Constantino, 27, of Tiajuana, Mexico, died after the maple tree fell on a 1998 Saturn driven by Sergio Constantino, 19, about 9:45 a.m. Both were transported to Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center, where the older victim died.Two other people died in traffic fatalities in Jacksonville that were blamed on the weather, one died in a traffic crash in south Florida, two people drowned in rough surf and one man died of carbon monoxide poisoning from an unventilated generator."This is a killer storm," Florida Gov. Charlie Crist said as he urged people to stay inside, off the roads, and definitely out of the water.A 44-year-old was killed when his truck rolled while going around a curve on a rain soaked-road Thursday, and a 16-year-old girl died when her car collided with an SUV after spinning on wet pavement Wednesday.Two swimmers were pulled from heavy surf at Neptune Beach Thursday afternoon. One of them, a 21-year-old from Indiana, died at Beaches Baptist Hospital.
