After two nights in the 20s, the coldest snap of the winter will last one more day, as today's high temperature won't make it out of the 50s.

Channel 4 meteorologist Richard Nunn says Monday morning's low at Jacksonville International Airport dropped to 22, with upper teens recorded on the Westside and North Central Florida.

This hard freeze folllows Sunday morning's low of 24, which broke the existing record low for the date by 2 degrees.

While Nunn only forecasts a night of 59 Monday, the wind that make Sunday daytime temperatures brisk have died down.   Monday night's low will remain in the upper 30s, and a rapid warm up this week will return afternoon highs into the 70s by Wednesday.
