Frost Advisory Tonight

Inland counties wake up to frost early Tuesday

Inland counties expect low to mid 30's early Tuesday morning.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Inland counties expect frost early Tuesday morning, placing them under a frost advisory from 3:00am through 8:00am.  Temperatures dip into the mid to low 30's by the early morning hours Tuesday, under clear skies with calm winds.  A light freeze may be briefly achieved especially the inland-most counties.  Tender and tropical plants may be damaged by the frost.

Heating your home safely is of the utmost importance during times like this, and does not include the use of space heaters overnight, unsupervised- they lead to house fires.
