Project 4: Tracking crime in your neighborhood

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Channel 4 has been digging deeper to reveal the kinds of crimes happening in your neighborhood. 

Starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, we're looking at crime trends area by area.  Channel 4's Vic Micolucci takes the viewers step-by-step as he finds out the top crimes happening in your backyard.

Every hour, tune into Channel 4 to find out what's happening in different parts of town.  We sent Channel 4's Mary Baer and Jennifer Waugh to your neighborhoods, breaking down the kinds of crime affecting your family.

At 5 p.m., you'll find out about the secret crime fighters in St. Johns County.  What they're doing to stay one step ahead of the criminals.

At 6 p.m., Channel 4's Joy Purdy and Channel 4's Crime and Safety Analyst Ken Jefferson show you how to make your home safer on a budget.

At 10 p.m., it's the unsolved murder of a young woman that's left a neighborhood and a family without answers. What the community is doing about a growing list of unsolved crimes and what neighbors are doing to stop things from getting worse.

From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, watch all day  to find out what's happening in your neighborhood and how to make your family safer.
