Every year Downtown Vision, inc. (DVI) releases a State of Downtown analysis. These reports include a variety of facts, figures, and commentary focused solely on the downtown urban core. A major component of these reports is listing all completed, under construction and proposed developments with a corresponding dollar amount. Since 2000, DVI estimates that over $2 billion in developments have been completed. Over $470 million dollars in developments are currently underway.
In this piece, data from DVI's reports are compiled to provide a snapshot of where development dollars have gone over the last fifteen years; including the types of developments attracting capital and where, in the core, the developments are anchored.
