Its main message is "buzzed driving is drunk driving" and encourages people to designate a sober driver if you're going to drink at all.

Project Roadblock says an average of one drunk driving fatality occurred every 51 minutes in 2012. It also says 10,322 people were killed on the roadways due to impaired driving in 2012.

The Ad Council released two videos that you may see on television during the course of the campaign to spread the message that "buzzed driving is drunk driving."

A drunk driving arrest can cost you $10,000 in legal fees, court costs and higher insurance rates, according to Project Roadblock.

The local law firm Farah & Farah wants to keep Jacksonville safe over the holidays and is offering free cab rides on New Year's Eve.

The law firm will cover the cost of the ride and gratuity. The service is available from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.

You will need to sign up for the cab ride at www.keepjaxsafe.org. After you sign up, you will receive either a text or email confirmation with a number to call and instructions for your ride.

You're encouraged to call well in advance of your departure time.

Project Roadblock is sponsored by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, the Ad Council and TVB, which is the not-for-profit trade association of America's commercial broadcast television industry.
