Study: people are spending more at restaurants

Burgers or sausages: If you eat sausages for breakfast or burgers at lunch keep in mind that breaking down fatty meats requires a lot of energy. Try and stick with lean protein or salmon, which is high in focus-improving omega-3 fatty acids.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Things seem to be picking back up for people.  Consumerist reports, a study by global research firm NPD revealed people are going to restaurants more.  The study says people are eating out like they used to before the recession. 

NSD looked at how often people went out to eat from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015.  It found people went to restaurants 61.1 billion times.  The study also found that people are paying more for the food and drinks they order while out.  It found there was a 2.4% increase in spending.
