Cases of snack kits are being recalled over a Listeria health risk, the Food and Drug Administration said.
Club Chef LLC initiated the recall as a precaution, the FDA said, and no contamination or illnesses have been reported.

The recall was initiated after portions of the facility tested positive for Listeria during environmental inspections.
States potentially impacted include South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Virginia, North Carolina and Michigan.
The products being recalled were processed on May 30 and May 31, 2017, and are limited to certain snack kits. For a full list of recalled kits, click here.
The Item Description and Sell By date is found on the center of the front or top label while the UPC can be found at the bottom of the back nutritional panel.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria monocytogenes can cause miscarriages and stillbirth among pregnant women.
Because the products identified for the recall still have remaining shelf life, retailers who received the batches affected have been contacted and asked to pull all such product from their inventory and shelves, and Club Chef is in the process of confirming that the recalled product is being removed from stores.
Consumers who have any remaining product with the affected Product Codes and Use by Dates should throw them out.
