Snow covered roofs in Manhattan sit below the One World Observatory on Jan. 8, 2018, in New York City.

The recent nor'easter inspired some new real estate in New York City: a "penthouse" made of snow, now listed on Airbnb.

ABC News producer Michael Koenig built the snowfort, WABC reported

"This comfy snowfort is built to impress with its very own tunnel entrance, breakfast chair, and couch for sleeping (bring your own blankets--BYOB)", he told WABC.
