4 - large Sea Scallops
3 - 1/2 inch baby red potato slices
1/2 cup of diced roma tomatoes
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
sprig of fresh basil
buttermilk and flour batter

Shrimp Sauce

1 qt cream
1/4 cup of Backwoods Beast sauce (or hot sauce)
1 cup of tomato sauce
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup minced onions
Tblespn black pepper
tspn of salt
